These are our great friends, Josh and Valerie.
Josh was the best man in our wedding. Nick and Josh met years ago when Josh bought a motorcycle off of him… Which led to tons of camping trips and motorcycle rides and cookouts and hang outs. They quickly became great friends.
And then Josh and Valerie met through a mutual friend shooting shotguns on the 4th of July. Quite the love story, huh!? Which led to the longest and best first date ever (according to them!) in which one of the stops was visiting my husband who had just had his appendix removed. Pretty good friends to spend their first date with my recovering hubs!
Since then there have been countless double dates, dinners, weddings, and overall just amazing times together. Nick and I will be in their bridal party so I won’t be shooting their wedding – I am so excited to celebrate these two with all our friends! It’s going to be a great party and I get so happy thinking about it!!
Shooting their engagement photos was so much fun! We got coffee at Fox in the Snow Cafe — and then headed to Hoover Dam at sunset. It was the most gorgeous November day. I love these two so much!! This session quickly became one of my favorites. Enjoy!
