I am SO excited to share our wedding photos with you all!

I have spent the past 5 years photographing amazing couple’s wedding days. Weddings are magic. They make you overly joyed for the couple of the evening, and they make you want to squeeze your significant other. Weddings are this amazing day, with every single person you love celebrating YOU. My love for weddings made me even more excited for our big day.

I, like most brides panicked about the weather. By the way… Accuweathers monthly forecast couldn’t be more wrong (haha) so girls, do yourself a favor and stop checking!

It was 80 degrees and partly cloudy on our wedding day. (A little warmer than we expected!) There were high winds, that made my balloon pictures a little challenging, but honestly the breeze felt amazing!

All the details we worked so hard on all year long came together just like I saw it in my head. It’s quite amazing to have a vision, pour your entire heart and soul into it, and then it come to life better than you expected.

Everything about your wedding day is SO emotional (or maybe I’m a sap!) The decorations made me so excited and emotional, I felt great in my flowy dress, Nick looked so amazing in his suit, the ceremony, my family, my amazing friends, the togetherness that weddings create is like nothing in this world.

Let me be honest, planning a wedding is stressful! I’d be lying if I said there were not tears shed this year in the planning. BUT, I would not change a thing.

We asked one of our best friends to marry us. Amber accepted without hesitation, got ordained on the internet, and performed the most miraculous dream-like ceremony I have ever experienced. The three of us spent hours/days/weeks planning out our personal and unique ceremony, and it was literally better than the best dream I could have ever had. Nick and I chose to write our own vows, and that moment ended up being my absolute favorite part of the day. Us, pouring out our deepest feelings and promises for the future was the happiest moment of my entire life. My little cousins read the cutest quotes on love, and we had everyone that means the world to us in attendance for truly THE BEST DAY EVER.

The details, food, decorations, vows, weather, toasts & dessert were all amazing… But the most amazing part of our day was sharing it with friends and family. I was completely unprepared for how much love we would feel on this day. I knew it would be great, but this…. This was unreal. We cried SO much! So many emotional hugs with our guests who were so genuinely happy for us. The speeches were heart-felt and so special. My heart was so full. Like, bursting! I cannot express our gratitude for our friends and family. All the help, love, support, it has really made us feel so ready to take on married life. Happiness is real when shared, and we are so glad you were all there to share it with us!
